GUEST – Ellie Reinhardt

BIO: Ellie comes from a family of court reporters, including her parents, Ed and Nancy Varallo. She considered following in her parents’ footsteps but realized court reporting was not for her after taking the Project Steno course. That did not discourage her from working in the family business though. She has been with The Varallo Group for almost eight years full-time, and many years prior to that part-time. She started as an office assistant and has worked her way up to Calendar Manager, as well as assisting Nancy and the other departments and as needed. Ellie has enjoyed learning the ins and outs of the industry while working so closely with her mom, and especially loves being able to connect with both her parents after years of listening to them talk shop at the dinner table. She is eagerly looking forward to what the future holds for the company!

Ellie attended UMass Amherst and her work experience prior to TVG includes managing a restaurant and an ice cream shop, as well as working and/or volunteering at multiple horse farms. She credits her time in the service industry for all her customer service training (if you know you know) and the horses for teaching her about showing up, working hard, and honoring commitments, even when you don’t want to.

In her free time, Ellie enjoys hiking, skiing, reading, riding horses, and spending time with dogs – both her own and those she fosters for local rescues.
