Debbie started Bridges Court Reporting to create a business that would serve clients and offer court reporters profitable work. Driven by a genuine passion for helping others, she has embraced mentoring court reporting students as well as growing and scaling her business to seven figures. She has recently sold the business. She is a speaker online influencer and founder of The Court Reporter Business Lounge where she creates educational material for those who wish to build and scale their own profitable business. She hosts monthly strategy sessions inside the group as well as encourages networking with more than 270 members.
Court reporting has been her constant during life’s trials and tribulations. She attributes her success and quality of life to her no-nonsense attitude towards hard work as well as her can-do attitude. She has presented on various platforms, including NCRA, MacCormac College, Goldman Sachs 10K Small Business Owners, and various others.
